A bountiful repository of local African American artifacts spanning more than 150 years provides a glimpse into the community’s lives, struggles and achievements in Tampa Bay. Location of new Student Health and Wellness Center to help improve emergency response times
The °®°®Ö±²¥ Medical Response Unit has expanded its presence at °®°®Ö±²¥ with first responders stationed on both sides of the Tampa campus. It’s now headquartered at the Student Health and Wellness Center while maintaining its space in the °®°®Ö±²¥ Health College of Nursing building.

A new street mural on the °®°®Ö±²¥ St. Petersburg campus has been painted between the University Student Center and Student Life Center – melding geometric figures with school spirit. It was painted by a graphic arts faculty member along with 10 students and was part of the SHINE St. Petersburg Mural Festival.

New Student Health and Wellness Center provides students hands-on training, improved campus services
It’s one of the most modern buildings on campus, and its design is reflective of a post-COVID-19 era. °®°®Ö±²¥â€™s new three-story, 47,000-square-foot Student Health and Wellness Center is nearly four times the size of the old Student Health Center, which had been located near the °®°®Ö±²¥ Tampa bookstore since 1980.
