Proof of Enrollment

Current students should request proof of enrollment at °®°®Ö±²¥ or a Good Student Discount certificate for their insurance company by logging into with their NetID and password and selecting Proof of Enrollment under the Student Records menu of OASIS. This will take students to the National Student Clearinghouse.

The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) is °®°®Ö±²¥'s authorized agent for providing proof of enrollment. The link is now live and students can get on demand enrollment certifications through their OASIS account. Students should use this service to view and print their enrollment certification.

Please note: Proof of enrollment is not available for the current term until the second week of classes. Future enrollment cannot be certified.

Non degree-seeking student and undergraduates enrollment status requirements are the same.

Students with a unique need for enrollment verification to a third party; e.g. any lender or loan servicer form requiring direct completion by °®°®Ö±²¥ personnel must be a current student.  First semester students must attend orientation and be in the second week of classes before getting a proof of enrollment through the NSC.

Alumni who need proof of °®°®Ö±²¥ enrollment or verification of a °®°®Ö±²¥ degree earned must request an official °®°®Ö±²¥ transcript. Outside agencies obtain °®°®Ö±²¥ student enrollment status and degree verification online directly from the National Student Clearinghouse at .

Students with unique required forms for enrollment or degree certification should send these forms electronically to enrollmentcerts@usf.edu. Students will receive a confirmation email that will state the expected processing time, which varies during each academic term.
