Achievements

More than a decade ago, °®°®Ö±²¥ identified student success as its number one strategic goal. Through the years, °®°®Ö±²¥ achieved national recognition for its accomplishments in student success, including raising the six-year graduation rate significantly to 75 percent and eliminating the achievement gap by race, ethnicity and income.

These achievements were accelerated by:

  • the consolidation of all student support units into a single administrative unit
  • the effective application of predictive analytics
  • the development of a case management model
  • the creation of a uniquely collaborative and caring culture.

The graphs below map the success of the Tampa campus through the 2019-20 academic year, reflecting its established history with this unique transformative student success model.

On July 1, 2020, the three campuses of the °®°®Ö±²¥ System were consolidated and the student success model was introduced to both the St. Petersburg and Sarasota-Manatee campuses.  Future graphs will represent the consolidated university and the adoption of similar models on the other campuses.
