STEPS TO ACCESS YOUR ADMISSIONS FORMS

  1. Log into  with your NetID and password. Once logged in, navigate to the 鈥淢y Resources鈥� tab and click on OASIS.
  2. Once in OASIS, click on the 鈥淪tudent鈥� text.
  3. Click on "Admissions" and then select 鈥淰iew My Undergraduate Application Status.鈥�

  4. You will be taken to your Admissions Checklist. Select 鈥淔orms鈥� on your checklist.
  5. All of your forms are accessible and able to be filled out on this screen.

Please Note: Update(s) to your Application Checklist will not be reflected on your  until your form is processed by the Office of Admissions. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for processing from the time the form is received.
